The Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification is an International certification accredited with the ICF, HRCI and SHRM.

COURSE WORK:
- In-person or virtual
- Cohorts of up to 16 people, to keep the “intimate” learning experience
- Includes all your materials, physical and electronic
- 4 x electronic digital kits (contact info@bhgroup.africa for a 30 min demonstration of the digital materials)
EXAM:
- The exam is electronic
- It is not timed
- It is multiple choice and open book
COACHING:
- You are required to spend 6 x 1hr sessions with six individuals
- During this hour, you are required to help them understand their CliftonStrengths report
- We have a module dedicated on Day 1 to show you how to do this, and you will practice this with your cohort coaching partner
- On Day 2, you will be paired with a cohort partner where you will coach each other in a 45-minute a side coaching session (this serves as 1 of your coaching sessions)
- You can select five cohort members to practice coaching, which will satisfy the requirement of coaching 6 people
DISCOUNTED ASSESSMENTS
- You will get discounts on 350 assessment codes per year
- Discount amounts varies depending on the type of report and VAT payable
