You’re powerful. You’re strong. Everyone around you sees it.

Do YOU?

Every day, you feel the Pressure To Perform

at work and home, and it’s relentless.

At night, when you lay down your head, you hope that you showed up in a meaningful way for your team and your family.

Others think you have… but you feel so guilty… even unworthy.

And tomorrow you wake up, to just try harder.

…and the pressure, guilt and self-judgement keep piling up.

You know it’s not sustainable. And that you are trying your best.

If you look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see?

My journey to shift damaging self-judgements started in 2017, when depression took its toll in all areas of my life.

To heal, I had to confront reality about myself and the decisions I had made in my life. I uncovered the judgements I had over myself. Today, after ten years of transformative work with my coach and therapist, I look at myself in the mirror with love and acceptance. The transformation spilt over in my relationships with my family, friends, business and clients.

Now, as a professional coach, I use what I’ve learned to support women like you.

Come… join this free workshop and be part of a community of women who does the work to look at themselves differently.

What Women Are Saying

I did actually have some insight after the workshop. I was just thinking how it easy it is for me to just judge myself and call myself all these terrible names “I’m a failure, I always mess things up…”. However, I wouldn’t even dream of saying those things to a friend or family member if they come to me for advice/comfort. I deserve the same kind of love and compassion that I give and show to others in time of need. This workshop helped me realize this.

Oh my word, thank you so much for the workshop! There has been so much of processing happening here on my side. I could really relate to so many self-judgements that the ladies shared as well.

Being part of this workshop was one of the best experiences this year. The things that I have learned about myself was how I have also allowed myself being defined by my past. It has set a limitation on some things I want to do. Through the workshop I realised how I have been hard on myself and thought I was incompetent and unworthy. At work, I’m trying to prove myself. In the workshop, I was able to identify why.
