How knowing the strengths of your team helps you:

When you know your team members’ strengths, you understand:

  • Where they add value
  • What will annoy them
  • How you can communicate with them
  • How you can partner with them
Your team will learn how to apply their strengths to the unique STAKEHOLDER TRIANGLE. Within this context, each team member will:

  • Explore his/her greatest talents;
  • Identify how their strengths can be productive and disruptive within the STAKEHOLDER TRIANGLE;
  • Learn how to partner with one another based on their strengths to increase the value to stakeholders;
  • Identify concrete ways to become a high-performing team within the STAKEHOLDER TRIANGLE;
  • Explore the Team Strengths Grid and use the insights it provides to the team’s stakeholders;
  • Formulate what “the Best of Us” look like and how to apply it to each stakeholder.

Post-workshop support for you, the manager:

Once the workshop has concluded, the facilitator and the team’s manager will meet for an hour to discuss observations from the workshop, team strengths grid and team charter and how it applies to the STAKEHOLDER TRIANGLE. The facilitator will assist the manager to take the learnings of the day forward and embed it into the team for increased performance.

Here’s how Melissa van Biljon used her knowledge of her team’s strengths to partner with them.
