Virtual Format

  • You, the manager, decide on the timing for your workshop

  • Allows for flexibility: 1 hour per week over four weeks OR 2 hours per day over two days. It's up to you!

By the end of this workshop:

 

Your TEAM will be able to 

  • Describe what each of their Top 5 Strengths means;
  • Recognise where their strengths help or hinder them;
  • Determine how each Top 5 strength can contribute to the outcomes of your team's goal;
  • Identify who they can partner with to create better outcomes towards your goals.

You, the LEADER, will be able to

  • Understand why each member behaves the way they do;
  • Individualise your management approach to each member that motivates them to bring their best;
  • Identify where your team has the most talent and how to leverage it to increase performance;
  • Use the Team Strengths Grid to intentionally manage each member's best performance.
