What this Workshop Is About
______________
This is not a technical AI course.
It is a practical introduction to using AI as a support system for human-centred work.
Participants will explore how AI can become:
A Companion
Helping them think, prepare, brainstorm, ask better questions and overcome blank-page syndrome.
A Colleague
Helping them draft, summarise, organise, create, follow up and reduce repetitive administration.
A Future Custodian
Helping them eventually capture and reuse their own voice, methods, frameworks, standards and ways of working.
The first workshop focuses mainly on Companion and Colleague use cases, while introducing Custodian as the next step in the AI journey.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
This workshop is for people who…
______________
Carry real experience, but lose time to busywork
You’ve built judgement and empathy over years, not a weekend course. Preparation and admin eat into the time that experience needs to reach your clients or team.
Want their standards and insight to travel further
You know your clients or team, and you hold yourself to a professional standard. Turning that into presentations, summaries and resources that land the same way every time is where a thinking partner helps.
Value their own coaching or facilitation style
Your style, your methods and your way of communicating took years to develop. This workshop shows you how to use AI without letting it write over any of that.
Feel buried under notes, summaries and follow-up
Admin piles up around every session or client meeting. Used well, AI hands that time back so you can spend it on the coaching, facilitating or leading that matters most.
No technical background is required.
The workshop is designed for people who are curious about AI, may feel slightly overwhelmed by it, but want to take a practical first step.
This workshop is ideal if you’re a coach, consultant, facilitator, mentor, HR and People professional, L&D practitioner, people manager, team lead or someone who support, guide or develop others.
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
Six things this workshop gives you
______________
01
Prepare with real depth
Before a coaching session, meeting or difficult conversation, use AI to think through it in advance. Test angles, anticipate pushback, and walk in with a clearer plan, without spending an hour writing notes by hand.
02
Ask sharper questions
Personalise AI to reflect your own coaching style and brand voice.
03
Build materials that carry your framework, not a generic one
Turn your experience into presentations, outlines and workshop materials faster. You bring the framework and the judgement; AI helps you get it onto the page.
04
Clear the admin pile after every session
Notes, summaries and follow-up messages eat into the time between one client and the next. Learn how to hand that work to AI so you can move on sooner.
05
Pick the right tool for the task
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and NotebookLM are each good at different things. Learn what each one does well, so you choose the right tool for the job in front of you instead of subscribing to five tools you barely open.
06
Build a way of working you can trust
Develop a basic AI-ready voice profile so your output sounds like you. Learn how to protect confidential client and team information, keep your own judgement in the loop, and start building simple, repeatable workflows you’ll actually use again.
THE 2-WEEK JOURNEY
You will leave with
______________
The sessions are facilitated live, which provides you with the opportunity to ask questions and experiment with your learnings, under the supervision of an expert.
Confidence that carries past the workshop
Leave with genuine confidence using AI in everyday work, plus a clear next step for building your own AI-supported workflow. The learning keeps going after the session ends.
Prompts and a voice profile you can use right away
Walk out with practical prompts you can start using immediately, along with a basic voice profile that keeps your own tone in whatever AI helps you produce.
Clarity on which tool does what
A clearer understanding of which tools support which tasks, so you choose the right one for the job in front of you instead of guessing.
A simple preparation framework
A repeatable way to prepare for sessions, meetings and difficult conversations, so preparation gets faster and more consistent instead of starting from scratch each time.
A notes and follow-up framework
Walk out with practical prompts you can start using immediately, along with a basic voice profile that keeps your own tone in whatever AI helps you produce.
A presentation and workshop builder framework
A framework for building presentations, outlines and workshop materials that carry your own thinking and your own framework, session after session.
By the end of the workshop, you will understand that AI is not there to replace your human intelligence.
It is there to support it.
You will leave with a practical foundation for using AI as a companion and colleague in your work — and a clear view of how AI can later become a custodian of your own reusable knowledge, voice and methods.
