How do I become a Gallup Strengths Coach in Africa?
To become a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in Africa, you need to complete the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification (GGSC). Being Human Group™ Africa (BHG) is Africa’s only Gallup® Strategic Licensee, meaning BHG is the only organisation on the continent authorised to deliver this certification. The programme is delivered virtually, making it accessible across Africa. Once certified, you are recognised internationally as a Gallup Global Strengths Coach.
Who is the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification for?
The certification is designed for HR directors, L&D managers, coaches, consultants, and leaders who want to use CliftonStrengths® as a professional coaching tool. It is also well suited to managers and executives who want to lead their teams using a strengths-based approach.
What is included in the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification?
The certification includes facilitated course modules, a comprehensive coaching toolkits, and access to Gallup’s research-backed methodology. Participants receive physical course materials shipped to their location within Africa. Upon successful completion, you receive an internationally recognised Gallup credential.
How long does the Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification take?
The programme is delivered across several facilitated modules. Registration closes three weeks before the start of each intake to allow time for materials to be shipped. BHG runs intakes periodically throughout the year — check the upcoming events page for the next available date.
