Make Being Human Group™ Africa
Contact BH Group when you are ready to talk strengths, whether that means coaching for yourself, a workshop for your team, or certification to coach others. We answer directly, so the first conversation is with the people who actually do the work, not a call screener.
Why Contact BHG Instead of Searching For Strengths Coaching
A search for strengths-based coaching turns up plenty of directories, aggregators, and generic coaching platforms promising to match you with someone qualified. None of them can tell you who you’ll actually be speaking to, and most of them are not the ones delivering the coaching at all, just the ones taking a cut for the introduction.
Contact BH Group directly and skip that layer entirely. You’re not filling in a form that gets forwarded to a coach you’ve never heard of, you’re reaching Yendor or Magriet, the two people who built BHG, hold Gallup Strategic Licensee status for Africa, and have delivered this work for years across corporates, government, and independent practices. There’s no algorithm deciding who’s the “best match” for you, just a direct conversation with someone who already knows what they’re talking about.
That also means the answer you get is specific to you, not a templated response pulled from a script written for a hundred different enquiries.
If BHG isn’t the right fit for what you need, you’ll hear that too, rather than being sold a service that doesn’t actually solve your problem.

Yendor Felgate
Director | Executive Coach | Facilitator
Yendor co-founded BHG after stepping down as CEO of Emergence Growth, convinced there was a better way to help people grow than pointing out what they lacked. Twenty years of executive experience across Africa and the Middle East backed up that conviction. He is a Gallup Certified Coach and Approved Trainer, and the person you will most likely speak to about executive coaching, complex organisational change, or certification.
Magriet Mouton
Director | Executive Coach | Facilitator
Magriet took the CliftonStrengths assessment in 2004 and has spent every year since proving how far it can take a team. Fifteen years of coaching corporates, global SMEs, and government bodies across industries from telecommunications to non-profit sit behind her approach. She is a Gallup Certified Coach and Approved Trainer, and your first point of contact for team workshops and organisational engagements.

CliftonStrengths® Assessment
Everything BHG does starts with the CliftonStrengths® Assessment, and there’s a reason for that. You cannot build a coaching plan on strengths nobody has named yet, which is why every engagement, whether it’s one person or a full executive team, begins here.
It takes 40 minutes to complete, and it tells you more about how you actually operate at your best than years of performance reviews ever will. If you already know your Top 5, bring them into the conversation and we can skip straight to what’s useful. If you don’t, tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll help you figure out whether a Top 5, a Manager report, or the Full CliftonStrengths® Assessment makes the most sense for you.
Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification
Ready to coach others, not just understand your own strengths? This is where that starts. BHG holds Gallup Strategic Licensee status for Africa, one of a handful of organisations
Gallup partners with directly to deliver this certification where Gallup doesn’t have its own office. That means the training carries Gallup’s own standards, not somebody else’s interpretation of them.
Courses run both virtually and in person, and past cohorts have included HR directors, learning and development leads, and independent coaches building their own practice.
Get in touch and we’ll talk you through upcoming dates and what the course actually involves.
