I’ve always found the BHG team to be rapid to respond and very accommodating and flexible in the way that they deal with me. As a small boutique consultancy, this speed and flexibility has been extremely important to me. Thank you to the team.

Really great experience with BHG, very good facilitation and strong application of the Clifton Strengths coaching practice. I also met some amazing individuals through the session, which talks to the calibre of professionals that BHG attracts.

Brilliant team that are very passionate about what they do and the potential that each individual has. I attended BHG's CliftonStrengths Coach accreditation course and loved every minute of it. The instructors are both very knowledgeable, approachable and passionate about what they do and each bring a unique perspective to upskilling future coaches. Highly recommend doing the CliftonStrengths Coach accreditation course - it helps unlock a lot of valuable insights and tools.

I had a good time with Tandile. She put forward my strengths and gave me some good advice that I sure will improve the way I perform and relate with others.

Thank you Tandile !

Clifton Strengths helped me discover who I truly am and understand why I do what I do. It gave me clarity on how to operate at my best with confidence and intention. This year, I began setting goals aligned with my strengths, and for the first time, I feel deeply confident—and I am already seeing meaningful results unfold in my life.
